Your child should generally be able to complete homework on his/her own. It's great if you go over the work with your child after s/he finishes.

I know. Clara got a similar note the other day. I was thinking, if I'm lucky, she just might glance at her homework if I make a big deal about waving it in front of her face, and then while she's staring into the distance scripting about Elmo, she may or may not hear a word of what I'm saying. Yay for homework!
