Jerry Garcia's last interview

Damn, he seems pretty fucked up. Did you know that he died, 3 months after this interview was made, in his sleep, in a detox facility? He was a heroin user; he smoked it.

miss him, too.
It's hard to watch him all fucked up like that. Although I once was a sucker for a guy hooked on smoking heroin. Wonder if I should blog about that?

Awww, I miss JerBear! I got to see his very last show, when he played in Seattle. It was absolute perfection, they never missed a beat. The final encore was "Box of Rain", and I'll never forget it. It was so beautiful I cried.

Jammin' with the angels now.
