It is hard to talk and cry at the same time. What is the appropriate condolence gift to send when one has suffered a computer loss? Flowers seem so irrelevant!
You know, I think Apple should give you a new one! This is bullshit! NO ONE should have to wait this long to get ANY PC or laptop fixed. At least give you a loaner one. Don't they understand (obviously don't care) how important these things are for people!? I'd give 'em hell today.

I feel your pain. I lost a hard drive I had not backed up and it held half of the footage for a film I'd been working on for seven years!!! The only consolation was that I still had the footage on tape but it took me two months to redigitize. I hope things get better sooner than that.
